The hotel is top-class and clean, has fabulous views over the Bay. Offers perfect service and excellent food. They provide wake up calls and ironing without charge too. The location is perfect and stunning and personnel is efficient. The property is in the shopping zone. There is a good Michelin-starred restaurant.

It was clean with very-very nice staff in all areas. I was there for 4 nights and ate at Michelin-starred restaurant for dinner. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, used a lounge area, a safe box, and an iron. The location was great and fab - just 5 minutes' walk from Tower of Refuge.

Spacious unit with a view. Amazing location just next door to the horse drawn trams, the adjoining restaurant and the shops and bus station. Besides, very convenient to St Georges Church.

Clean place with extremely friendly staff and fabulous view of the sea. Recently refurbished and functional room with nice sized bathroom. Good and absolutely perfect location in Douglas so close to bus station, and a bus stop to the airport. Also, on the promenade.
Beds were a bit hard.
